Yesterday, six of us—my family and a few friends—visited Lido Restaurant for dinner, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance. The dim lighting and soft background music created the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. We were greeted with a smile by Alistar and then kindly escorted to our table by Keny. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the presentation of each dish was top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. Rayn, Keny, Alistar, and the manager, Mr. Joseph, were all incredibly attentive and friendly. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated the personal touch. Lido Restaurant is definitely a fantastic place to dine, and we’ll absolutely be back again soon! Read more

We enjoyed the iftar buffet it was amzing experience. They have a huge selection of spread from salad to sushi to arabica starts to pasta to biryani basically everything. Great choices in grill items and juices . Dessert 🍨 were amzing . With this much food around most of time taste is compromised, to our surprise everyone was impeccable.. food was delicious every thing was good and service was great. Read more

I had a very disappointing experience with the restaurant at the hotel. When I called to place an order, ( room service),the lady who answered seemed to be in a rush and was quickly losing patience while taking my order. It felt like she wasn’t interested in helping at all. As a result, she only listened to half of what I was saying, and my order ended up being incomplete. The poor customer service really stood out and left a bad impression. For a hotel restaurant, I expected much better communication and professionalism. I booked the dinner for team gathering on 18 December. (However I reached out to the team over phone call but none took it forward seriously.Lastly,I visited there and finalized the deal) Stepping in to stepping out of Restaurant no single hiccup. The team provided an unforgettable experience. Nice and very comfortable place. Thanks team to setup our table and awesome service. Muhammad was in our section who was always on his toes and was frequently checking up our satisfaction. Food was fresh, delicious and well balanced in terms of individual’s choice. Thanks to chef. Analyn, took good care of all the team. And last not least. Arpita, the bartender, was extremely courteous, cheerful and very pleasant, made very amazing Aperol spritz, certainly, she represented a genuine hospitality. Overall, team was happy and enjoyed.
