انا لم اقم بالفندق ولكن كنت استمتع بوفيه العشاء يوميا على مدى اقامتي احببت انا اشكر الشيف الرائع بيتر على حسن الضيافه واهتمامه بنا حيث اني لاحظت قلة الاطباق الخليجيه ولكنه اهتم بي كثيرا كما احببت ان اشكرالاخت سلمى النادله الرائعه وشكرا لوجود العرب فهم يحاولون جاهدين ارضائي والاهتمام بنا وشكرا لهم I did not stay at the hotel but I enjoyed the dinner buffet every day during my stay. I would like to thank the wonderful chef Peter for his hospitality and care for us. I noticed the lack of Gulf dishes, but he took great care of me. We had the champagne package and waited 20 minutes before any came, several times we had an empty glass! Food was…meh! Not overly hot, was varied and lots to of it but very different to 2 years ago. I would say the quality if very different. Child entertainment was good. Had a bit of an issue that escalated to a manager around the bill. It was very upsetting, and should never leave an immensely loyal paying customer in tears. Read more

We’ve always enjoyed Bubbalicious brunch and we returned again with high expectations. The food spread remains excellent – an impressive variety with great quality throughout. Service was also top notch throughout the afternoon. Tibi (in particular) was exceptional – attentive, friendly, and a glass was never empty. Mimaz and Arrer also made sure our table was well looked after from start to finish. The table staff really are a credit to the venue. However, it was disappointing to see several guests arriving in pool/beach wear, which detracted from what you would expect at a premium brunch. It’s a shame a dress code isn’t being enforced, as this brunch is at the higher end of the typical price point and people often visit for special occasions. Disputes among some of the kitchen staff were also visible throughout the afternoon – not something guests want to witness. The brunch still has many strong points by way of food and service, but it no longer feels as refined or polished as it once did. Read more

Visited today with my husband and 2 girls aged 11. Very unorganised from the get go, we were sent to a table, and left. No explanation of how the brunch worked, what was included or even where to get a drink! So we worked it out ourselves. Food was fine, fair selection, fantastic if you like seafood, not so much if you don’t. My daughter is very tall for her age, as the price for children is 12 and under, I was then repeatedly asked 3 times by the same waiter how old she was! After the second time it became uncomfortable so I actually searched for a picture of her passport. We couldn’t find a waiter who was actually willing to show us how the brunch worked in the chaos, but when it came to payment he managed to find us 3 times! All in all no where near worth the money unless you plan to drink a fair amount of alcohol. Read more

It’s been our 3rd time At bubbalicious brunch and I love it! Our waiter Nakuya usha AJ was absolutely amazing. She topped our drinks up every 15 minutes and was the best waiter by far! Would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai! Read more
